About Us
Based in Lake Macquarie NSW, Dwell Service & Solutions is an independant small business that works for homeowners and body corporates to provide gardening & outdoor handyman services and solutions to improve your residence.
We tackle the gaps and fiddly jobs that are too small for landscape architects or builders. Sometimes a bit of help can go a long way and it's the little improvements that can make a big difference.

What We Do
Service
We can provide the following outdoor services to your home:
Holiday service - carrying out selected chores while you are away
One-off service - bin marking or driveway ramp / kerb light installation
Scheduled service - cleaning of gutters, rainwater tanks and hardstand
Solutions
We provide advice and carry out small projects around your home & garden including:
Outdoor area upgrade and generation of a works plan for quotation by trades
Measure, concept design and interior fitout of boatsheds / garages
Advice and installation of bin structures
We also provide general gardening labour and outdoor work to a 4 hour minimum including:
Gardening and general tidy up
Assistance and establishment of verge gardens
Assembly and installation of premanufactured outdoor equipment

Where We Work
Service
We provide solutions & 4 hour minimum general work to the following areas:
Lake Macquarie - all wards east of Pacific Motorway
Lake Macquarie - Killingworth, West Wallsend & Seahampton
Newcastle City Council Ward 2
Newcastle City Council Ward 3
Solutions & General Work
We provide regular servicing in East Ward Lake Macquarie in the following area only:
Lake Macquarie East Ward north of Swansea Bridge only
